Bulk Scheduling trxn O4F1

Hello experts,

I searched in the net and SCN, but I couldn't find an answer to my question in SAP IS-Oil, during scheduling O4F1, at planned, the time automatically sets 9:00 in load start and 9:45 in load end.

I would like to ask what is controlling this field? If this is configuration issue, can some point me where I can set the time correctly? Thank you for the help.
